The Community Association of Rancho Del Cerro is now a voluntary organization. (Up until 2013 it was a mandatory association.) Nevertheless, we do require relevant information from the escrow office when there is a pending sale. There is a Transfer Fee of $50.00. Please allow time for a response.
Rancho Del Cerro has over 500 lots, but our Association covers only lots 1-179.
